Cisco UCCX Specialist [#385]

Our client, a dynamic start-up with a strong expertise offering a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, is looking for talents to join its team.
In this role, you will be contributing to the development and delivery of technical solutions to a wide array of clients, specifically focused on Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
Responsibilities:
> Development, implementation, deployment, support (60-70%)
• Needs assessment and solution development
• Deploy solutions within a laboratory or customer environment
• Create and update project documentation
• Design and deliver technical training and knowledge transfer
> Consulting, pre-sales (30-40%)
• Participate in client meetings and gather technical requirements
• Work with clients to develop specification documents
• Make technical recommendations based upon industry best practices
Prérequis/Requirements
• DEC/BAC
• 5-8+ years experience in IT or telecommunications
• Excellent knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
• Excellent knowledge of unified communications solutions and concepts
• Cisco certifications a plus
• Positive attitude, problem solver, creative thinker
• Ability to work independently + team player
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English a must, French an asset)
