The firm namely represents the interest of Grace Kennedy, one of the Caribbean’s largest and most dynamic corporate entities. JUIO Networks’ main competitive advantage is on the terrain – right in the heart of communities that JUIO Networks is seeking to influence.

In 2012, JUIO Networks is expanding its operations and has need of 2 Sales and Marketing Consultants that will bring new opportunities and broaden horizons to the Markham-based Corporation.

The challenge :

JUIO Networks seeks exceptional individuals to join as Marketing Sales Consultants within the JUIO Networks' sales force. Sales and Marketing Consultants are independent contractors who are responsible for advising as well as formulating marketing strategies in order to help launch their clients' products and services effectively, while also collaborating with their clients' advertising and public relations departments so as to create successful and unified plans. Other important tasks include researching consumer behavior, preferences and conducting other market research in order to better inform prospective clients of the importance to allocate a portion of their marketing budget to multicultural marketing.

Sales and Marketing consultants must collaborate frequently with a company's advertising, promotion and public relations sections and are required to surpass company objectives.

Responsibilities
• Research and development of new business prospects;
• Create new and foster existing client relationships;
• Present opportunities to prospects;
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow through;
• Manage prospect information for presentation to immediate supervisor;
• Share ideas for enhanced services and solutions.

Requirements:
• Research and development of new business prospects;
• Experience in sales and marketing;
• Outstanding personality and desire to win;
• A personality that exudes confidence and enthusiasm;
• Outstanding creativity and innovation;
• Strong knowledge in marketing, publicity, social media, Internet, promotional campaigns;
• Demonstrate sales achievement in prior positions ie. awards, outstanding performances;
• Great teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Established network and ability at to develop long-lasting business relationships;
• Strong sales skills and interest in effective representation;
• Excellent presentation and punctuality;
• Be results oriented and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing communications field of study;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with active listening skills;
• Bilingualism: an asset;
• Travel is also essential in order to meet with various clients.

Earnings :
• The pay structure is composed of basic earnings with an additional amount of commission. The package involves a contract between the company and the sales person that ensures a specific commission percentage, fixed lump payment, or a combination of both, provided that the salesperson hits specified sales targets. While all commission plans are unique, often exceeding sales targets results in higher commission rates on sales beyond target for a specific period;
• Base/Expense: 18K per year (initial period) + commissions;
• Projected annual earnings: 45K +, + performance bonuses.
